How are your products made?

All our textiles are designed in France, inspired by nature. They are then hand-printed on 100% natural cotton using the ancestral block printing technique (carved wooden stamps) in a family-run workshop in Jaipur, India.
 Each piece is unique and may feature slight variations, a sign of its authentic artisanal character.

Where do we make our products?

Our designs are entirely created in France, then hand-printed in India in a workshop that honors the traditional block printing technique.

What are the delivery times?

We prepare your order within 2 business days.
Delivery times then vary depending on the selected carrier:

Mondial Relay:

  • France (mainland): 3 to 5 business days

  • Belgium / Luxembourg: 3 to 6 business days

  • Spain / Portugal / Netherlands: 3 to 7 business days

Colissimo (La Poste):

  • France (mainland): 2 business days

  • French overseas territories (DOM-TOM): 5 to 7 business days

  • Europe (EU): 3 to 7 business days

  • Africa / Asia / Oceania: 6 to 10 business days

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier of your choice, we will send you an email with your parcel’s delivery details.
Need to make a change or something unexpected came up? Visit the carrier’s website — your tracking number allows you to update your delivery information.

We do not deliver to: Canada, the United States, or Japan.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Shipping is free for all orders starting from €100 to mainland France or €170 to Europe via Mondial Relay Pickup Point or Colissimo Pickup Point.

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have up to 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange, provided the item is new, unused, and in its original packaging.
 Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error.

How do I request an exchange or a refund?

Please email us at boutique@couleurnaturecreation.com with your order number.
 We will guide you through the return process. Once we receive your returned item, we will issue your refund within 7 business days via the original payment method.

How do I care for my table linens?

Our textiles are made from pre-washed 100% cotton, easy to care for on a daily basis. Here are our tips:

  • Machine wash at 40°C (104°F)

  • Air dry in the shade whenever possible

  • Delicate tumble dry cycle is possible, but best avoided to preserve colors

  • Do not use chlorine-based detergent

  • Colors are fixed using modern dyes that meet European and American safety standards

For a perfect look:
 ✔️ Lay your table linen on the table while still slightly damp – the fabric will relax naturally.
 ✔️ A few wrinkles? A quick mist of water and a gentle shake will make them disappear.
