Description

Some floral motifs look like jewellery. This printed pareo green and red makes that its signature: rich, set flowers in which deep green foliage sets off the glow of red, in a dense, precious composition, beautiful once draped around the waist.

Each piece is hand block-printed on light cotton, in the artisan workshops of our partners in India, where the craft is handed down through generations. Every impression carries the small variations of the gesture, the mark of a genuinely handmade textile rather than an industrial print. The design is created in France.

Care

General care instructions for artisan-printed cotton table linen:

Machine wash at 30°C or 40°C maximum, on a gentle cycle, to help preserve the colours.
Do not use bleach or whitening products.
Avoid fabric softener, as it may dull the colours over time.
Iron on the reverse side of the fabric at a moderate temperature (cotton/wool setting) to preserve the vibrancy of the print.
Air dry preferably in the shade; avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which may cause the colours to fade.
